Fun Exercise and Nutrition Program

Come to the Fun Exercise and Nutrition (FEN) program to join other active women in the community in an hour of fun exercise classes and nutrition education.  

You will receive exercise lessons and nutrition advice from our professional trainers and nutritionists during the one-hour workshop.

At the end of the class, treat yourself to a free glass of delicious smoothie together with other women.

FEN is for

Weekly classes on Fridays from 11.00 - 12.00pm

Fitness and Nutrition classes are held by a qualified fitness instructor and nutritionist
